Senior Architect
1、建筑学专业本科及以上学历，8年以上同类型建筑事务所工作经验；
2、具备大型公建项目从方案设计到扩初设计的经验，熟悉规范及项目报审流程，可带领或协助团队完成方案深化到施工配合的设计过程。
3、擅长沟通和项目管理，有良好的团队意识和服务理念；
4、具有海外留学和工作经历者优先考虑，可中英或中日文交流。Senior Architect
1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, with over 8 years of work experience in a similar architectural firm;
2. Having experience in large-scale public construction projects from conceptual design to preliminary design, familiar with standards and project approval processes, able to lead or assist teams in completing the design process from scheme deepening to construction coordination.
3. Proficient in communication and project management, with a strong sense of teamwork and service philosophy;
4. Priority will be given to those with overseas study and work experience, who can communicate in Chinese, English or Japanese.

Intermediate Architect
1、建筑学专业本科及以上学历，具备5-6年以上建筑设计工作经验；2、具有敏锐的建筑设计眼光和专业及管理知识，并能准确全面地传达设计与体验。3、熟悉项目设计流程，拥有项目全程管理或参与经验；4、认真对待工作，责任感强，适应能力强，时间管理和工作交付能力突出；5、熟练使用AutoCAD和Adobe CS、RHINO等软件；6、具有海外留学和工作经历者优先考虑，可中英或中日文交流。1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture, with at least 5-6 years of experience in architectural design work;
2. Having a keen eye for architectural design and professional and management knowledge, and able to accurately and comprehensively convey design and experience.
3. Familiar with project design process, with experience in managing or participating in the entire project process;
4. Serious about work, strong sense of responsibility, adaptable ability, outstanding time management and work delivery skills;
5. Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, Adobe CS, RHINO, etc;
6. Priority will be given to those with overseas study and work experience, who can communicate in Chinese, English or Japanese.

Intermediate Interior Designer
1、建筑学/室内设计本科以上学历，4年以上工作经验；2、具有敏锐的建筑设计眼光和专业及管理知识，并能准确全面地传达设计与体验。3、熟悉项目设计流程，拥有项目全程管理或参与经验，有丰富材料管理经验；4、提供在学期间和工作期间的作品集，说明自己参与的角色，并证明自己有室内设计较强的方案设计及深化能力；5、认真对待工作，责任感强，适应能力强，时间管理和工作交付能力突出；6、 熟练掌握Rhino、3dmax、Photoshop、InDesign、Illustrator等设计软件7、具有海外留学和工作经历者优先考虑，可中英或中日文交流。1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture/interior design, with at least 4 years of work experience;
2. Having a keen eye for architectural design and professional and management knowledge, and able to accurately and comprehensively convey design and experience.
3. Familiar with project design process, with experience in managing or participating in the entire project process, and rich experience in material management;
4. Provide a portfolio of works during the semester and work period, explain the roles you have participated in, and demonstrate your strong ability in interior design scheme design and deepening;
5. Serious about work, strong sense of responsibility, adaptable ability, outstanding time management and work delivery skills;
6. Proficient in design software such as Rhino, 3dmax, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc

实习建筑师 若干（长期招聘）
Several interns as architects (long-term)
1、 建筑、室内专业本科大四以上或者研究生在读，具备良好的沟通能力和成果的表达能力；2、 具有较好的方案设计、图面表达和手工模型制作能力；3、 有责任心和团队合作意识，积极主动，有较强的学习欲望；4、 精通AutoCAD、RHINO、AI、ID、PS等软件；5、 能保证三个月以上的全职实习时间，实习津贴2000元/月。1.
